Hey Han, how did your weekend go?? Yeah I think today was his first normal day.. I've been under serious pressure all week.. Relief sums it all up basically when she got home tonight.. Except I managed to lose 2 of her chickens haha xx

Yup I did, staying home today... Haven't been sleeping well the last week and the thoughts of working on 4 hours sleep again just wasn't appealing to me.. Are you resting today? xx

Yaaaaay.. well I didnt really do a lot of resting.. I did go to a meeting and weigh in today though!! I had to, I felt like a lost puppy cos I hadnt weighed monday and couldnt edit my signature ha... so I'm officially down .5lb... Good says ye... Oh crap says me!!! then today I continued in my mindless eating mode!!! decided to weigh my dinner.. 12pp.. only ate 9pp of it.. but weighed the 2 chicken drumsticks i scoffed before that 6pp.. this mindlessness has to stop!!! was supposed to go running training tonight, had lift organised with lady near me and all but think I might be doing too much too soon again.. Feel like a fraud though as I joined the club 3 weeks ago and have only been once!!! I'm not gonna run my butt off tonight but think a brisk 40 min walk should help... so far today i've roughly consumed 31 pp... oops!!!!!

Me too.. and I was doing so well the last few weeks I was so in control.. but ya know what.. I'm fed up of feeling like crap the last few days!! it does my self esteem no good at all and I feel sometimes like just hiding under my duvet from the whole world as why on earth would anybody want to listen to me.. I've nothing valuable to contribute!! bloody hate feeling like that and thank God ive only spent a few days off my wagon!!

hahahaha yeah big trouble!!!! God only knows what happened to them but I could swear the 2 in particular were there on tuesday!!! my bad!!! she will be grand, she has 10 more to keep her occupied haha xx

Think I may go for a walk now, feeling like i should :break_diet: but ya know what.... without Minimins I wouldnt be attempting to get back on my wagon.. I'd be totally in De Nile... River in Egypt.... Geddit.. Haw Haw!!!! hahahaha xxxxx

I set off out for a walk but after 5 mins I was like what the heck am I at, I'm well able to run this.. It's a circuit near my house with lots of hills that I haven't been able to totally crack yet and I havent done it in about 6 weeks.. sooo I cracked it.. I was like Rocky running up the hills.. Gave me back my mojo seeing how far I'd come in the 6 weeks, even though I thought the past week I was after undoing all my good.. Turns out Jo's back!!!!! How's your ankle doin Han? xx
