I honestly don't know I stay away from all the food progs when dieting they make me go right off the straight and narrow haha x

Haha I'm the opposite then as my head is constantly stuck in mags/ cookbooks/ any ideas at all.. trying at least 1 new recipe a week.. xx
 
I tend to be more adventurous when I'm dieting too as I get bored. When I'm eating creamy sauces/steaks/burgers/cheesy risotto I don't get so bored!!!

Cooking shows, I love masterchef, Saturday kitchen is good too, the great british bake off!!! Not technically cooking & VERY tempting but I do love it!

Good constraint on your pig out!!

I really must make tuna pasta salad one of these days!!! Make a quick ww wrap there, 6pp and 4 pieces of fruit plus a 1pp ww yoghurt :) xx
 
Hiya well done, you go girl, 3.5lb smashed!! I had a skinny metcalfe's dark choc rice cake, a ww choc biscuit and a bag of ww crinkle crisps, well tecnically I had 2 rice cakes as I had one later on too, 3pp each and really hit the spot. I don't go to meetings so just go and raid the £1 shop for my snacks. I have to be careful with the ww sweet stuff as it's loaded with sugar, where as the rice cakes a relatively low in sugar :) I also have some mini bars of Aldi moser roth 85% dark choc which are 4 pp and low in sugar. My trouble is I want crisps and choc lol!

Favourite cooking programs are cupcake wars, nigella and bare foot contessa lol! I don't watch tv much, I like reading and crafting so most of my time is taken up with those.

I'm half afraid to have too many yummy things in the house haha.. Might get into a few cookery programmes... Here just after my dinner and really really craving chocolate.. I need to go out for a walk or do something to distract myself as tea in front of pc is getting very risky this evening haha.. What kind of crafts do you do? Love reading.. hahaha atm I'm actually skipping thru men are from mars.. hahaha need a bit of advice :p xx
 
I'd better do this quick as the chocolate in the press is screaming my name and the more time I sit here, the more I can feel myself floating over to the press!!! Jjjjoooaaannnnnnnnnneeeeee... Jjjoooaaaaaaannnnnneeeeeeeeeeee... Is it just me or can ye hear that kitkat chunky too?! :17729:

Day is going really well so far, well..... Breakfast was my usual.. boiled egg & soldiers!! On the way out the door I laid out ingredients and the cookbook for my mam ( a ww member since last July who is 3lb off 4stone lost) to make a ww lasagne recipe.. Had my ww wrap for lunch, fruit and ww yoghurt... Yaaaay me!! doing pretty well.. Totted up pp used in my head, have 13 for the evening.. What will I have with my lasagne.. Salad maybe?? But... as I walked thru the door what met me......... 2 pots of pasta shapes, one wholegrain and one white (one of the foster girls decided she doesnt like brown) a wok full of mince and can of chopped tomatoes and the veg in the oven????? I was like what in God's name are you making?? She got all confused with her recipe and had carrot, celery and onion (sliced) in the oven instead of blending and adding to the bolognaise... So I ended up with carroty mincemeat and chopped tomatoes with pasta shapes!!! Gutted wasnt the word for what I was like... House of Horrors is the true term!!!! Meant well I know and she always has the best of intentions but I think I will have to revert to cooking for one again??? sometimes after a hard day at work, it's lovely to have a dinner on the table but I am thinking I may just have to give up that luxury if I am to succeed with my weight loss as she has never pro pointed anything in her 12 months in ww.. she eats a good breakfast, dinner and supper... Anybody any suggestions or am I destined to cook for one FOREVER!?!?! well.. except when my bf is over.. He'd eat anything haha xx
 
Diary update for today... Sooo I gave in to that stoooopid kit kat chunky... and the tuc crackers... and the digestives!!! what I really wanted to do was eat about 6 packets of crisps.. But... whole point of this thread is honesty and I'm putting on my big girls knickers and taking ownership for the ***** i've just stuffed into my face!! Today is Tuesday, have a job to do on a neighbours washing machine and he has changed the time twice already so got no walk in, went yesterday so its not all that bad!!Wednesday after work I'm calling to Pa's house as his brother who I've never met is home from London and gonna go meet him, if Pa isnt working late that is.. so if he is I'll go for a walk.. Thurs I'm joining an athlethics club so will get a run in.. Friday evening I'm thinking is gonna be my new stay at home and plan recipes night!! Lets see how long that lasts?? Saturday then I'm hoping to take part in a 5k....

All in all I dont think I've done too bad...

Dust yourself off hun. You have weeklies so y do u feel so bad. At least u havent ruined it like me last nite. Wowzers u sound a busy bee. Gud on you for running aswel i wish i did but u wouldnt catch me running for a bus with my boobies jumping.x:D

Could you make batch dinners food in advance & freeze in single portions - take out if freezer in the morning & then hey presto dinner nearly done eg lasagne, curry, bolognese, tagine, stew... And just do the pasta/rice etc when you get in??

You do sound really busy! When do you get to see the bf??!

5k on Saturday? Have you done one before, are you a runner? I did my second 10k in August, but like last time, I promptly stopped training afterwards. So I'm signing up to a 5k in October - I need motivating! :)

Because I have a dinner with bf's family of 25 this sunday and am not allowed cook/ bake anything.. and as i've not told them i'm doing ww I can hardly stand over them moaning about not putting butter on the potatoes.. in the veg... over the meat.... hahaha I'm looking forward to it but they are going out for a few drinks afterwards.. my WI is the following day! I wont be drinking as I have to come home again to stay with the two foster girls in the house so thats a good excuse as any but I'm just dreading it... you'd swear they are gonna rugby tackly me and shovel goose fat down my throat haha.. Sports bra plus elasticky holdy inny running vest top does the trick :) xx

I reckon I'm gonna have to do that aren't I.. It's a pain as I.... right!!! stop making excuses!!! Friday night I am normally home as I am shattered but it is the night I am guaranteed to be home.. So this fri I will get all my ingredients and batch cook the ***** outta the kitchen :D

Ah I spend most weekends with him.. and normally one night during the week, as he lives 40 mins away it's a bit of a pain! Starting back college in the evenings in 2 weeks time so God knows what I am gonna do then.. I go fairly well with routing for weeks and weeks and then one weekend I'll just say to hell with it.. and I'm up in a heap for a fortnight after trying to recover haha..

I did a 10k a few months ago.. Was running 4k 3 times a week up until my hols in June, was 5lbs from gold and stopped running and put it back up! Am joining a local AC in the hope that I will keep it up this time, I'm on about doing this 5k and that 10k and oooh look at that one for months now so I'm biting the bullet this weekend and doing it.. may take a while but I'm gonna do it :) I think they give you something to focus on and look towards xx
 
Not meeting bf tonight as he is working late again... So I have an evening free for activity... Only slight issue.. It's lashing here!! Will I just brace myself and do a rain run?! They're very refreshing!! Or is there any other kind of activity I could do? Bearing in mind my coordination is about as good as a newborn calf so dance classes are a no no :D xx

You could do the lesley sansone walk at home on you tube. I do the 2mile and its a gud workout and no dancing involved.x
