How can I get SW chips to brown?

I use baking potatoes and find they make the best chips! Also spread them out, 1 layer with space in between each one, or they steam instead of bake xx

I don't know about oil but frylight doesn't. Just put a baking tray underneath if you are worried but unless you are using a whole lot of oil, don't think it's necessary.

Just made my first batch of SW chips I am a convert I will NEVER EVER have fried chips again!!

They tasted amazing!!
