Well, after 3 days completely off plan, I couldn't believe my eyes when I got weighed today. I lost 3lbs!

Just 3lbs to target now.

I'm one happy bunny! :D
 
3 days has now turned into 4 because I went out out for lunch today with Mum and had scampi and chips!!!!!!

I'm thinking of being good 5 days a week and having what I want 2 days, including wine!

I won't be following all the steps I don't think.

you are doing fab..and considering them naughtys well done for getting back on track :)
 
I read in a magazine at the weekend that it's a good idea to have a few days off every now and again if you're dieting and to eat a carb rich goods. This speeds up your metabolism apparently and aids weight loss!

Perhaps that's how I got away with it!
