office job, sat most of day. how many points should i be on please?

Hi feel I need a boost with my weight loss and thought I would go back to ww. I've lost a bit since my last pp allowance and wondered if anyone could tell me what I should be on now. I am female, 5ft6 and 15st7 (half a stone holiday gain) . Also for my daughter - she is 5ft 3, and 8st 7.
