How much have you lost on Dukan?

I reckon I'll be fecking the oatbran in yogerts cos I'm useless in the kitchen and it sounds like some sorta baking is involved *shudder*!!!

I use it to sweetened fat free natural yoghurt

or to sweetened dukan porridge (oatbran&wheatbran+milk)

and also to sweeten quark/fromage frais to use as mock buttercream in the muffins etc :)

diet coke and non sugar diet drinks are unlimited :)
 
and I can't believe the girls haven't mentioned the BIG topic which never fails to get a mention in someone's first week on the diet
 
Yes unlimited! and vanilla/toffee low low fat yoghurts unlimited!
Splenda is good if you want to make sweet oatbran muffins or on oatbran porridge.
 
to me.... quark is like the coating you get at the top of a tub of natural yoghurt (the thick layer)

that's the only way I can describe it, it's cheap, you can have it in savoury sauces or sweet dishes

as for oatbran.... dukan porridge (3 minutes in a microwave jug) DONE!

Ah the toilet issues, I'll be used to that by the time I start as I'm living off shakes till then :)
If anything, i'll probably be the better for pp-protein rather than pp_pure power!!

and when all four of Sarah's solutions don't work, repeat as required! aaaaaah!!

there's also the liquid paraffin solution (threat?)... I bought it initially, seeing that it was required for one of the versions of Dukan mayonnaise, but reading the potential side effects was enough for me never to open the bottle!

awful... just the thought... and it's in the (French version of the) book to use sparingly in salad dressing - but NOT to cook as it turns toxic!!
