First day! I MUST loose weight this time....Right on with the diary
Breakfast
Sliced peaches(frozen) and a shape 0 yogurt
Lunch
SW Potato and onion pasty HEX B
weeto cereal bar.....HEX B?? (not sure,think used to be)
Dinner
lentil dhal and rice with boiled egg
2 slices of low low cheese HEX A
Syns 7 Digestive biscuits x2
