I'm back on it today, but have gone over my syns slightly.

Breakfast: weetabix minis HEXA&B
Lunch: 4 ryvitas HEXB, 0% fat cottage cheese (p). Salad, apple, houmous (1.5 syns). 1 mini pitta breads (3 syns).
Snack: sunbiites (6), few grapes - I know they are not speed. Chocolate cornflake cake (4).
Tuna with mayo munched on whilst making lunch for tomorrow. (1)
Dinner all free: quorn mince, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onion, stuffed in a red pepper. Salad - lettuce, cucumber, red onion, orange & yellow pepper.
Total syns: 15.5.
