I'm a newbie, I'm 23 and from Cardiff. I have always had quite an unhealthy relationship with food, I was very overweight as a child and young teenager, then I went through a period of starving myself as a teenager, and then got into the habit of cycles of binge eating and starving right through until recently. I'm currently heavier than I've ever been before, so today I started Slimming World. I know it will work if I stick to it, and hopefully it will teach me to have a healthier approach to food and eating. Fingers crossed
