2 stone down do far I 'think' I want to loose about another stone. I want to be ay target for 27th september as that will be my birthday the big 30, so thought I would share with you my food diary, I hope you enjoy reading ♥♥ Natalie
 
So todays food so far...

Breakfast:

2 slices of wholemeal bread hexb
Scrambled egg
2 slices grilled bacon
Grilled tomato
Tea

Lunch:
Plum
Watermelon
Honeydew melon
Strawberries
Pineapple
tea

Snack:
Left over lamb
Orange
2 Cadbury fingers 3syns
Tea
Lemon Greek style muller light yogurt

Dinner:
Ham
New potatoes
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Onion
Peppers


Might have a little treat later :D

Oops forgot to post the rest of my weeks food. Did really well. Had my night out Saturday steak pie and chips and a few cider s 100% the rest of the week lost one and a half pound yeeey x
