Hello all. I'm in the 3rd day of my attack phase. On the first day I accidentaly ate low-fat cheese instead of 0% fat, but it didn't SEEM to get in the way of anything because I already lost about 4.5 pounds. The thing is, I was in the mall today and ate Frozen Yogurt, believing it was allowed... It was Fat Free, but I didn't think about the sugar (terrible mistake) and when I realized what I was doing I was already halfway through it.
My question is: Will it ruin my diet? Should I start over? Or should I just wait and see what happens? I walked for about 30 minutes today, if that helps.
I feel terrible about it. I won't give up, but I'm just confused about what to do next.
