Thanks Zoe....Have really been neglecting Minimins lately, I need to get back into it!! Had a lovely day at the park yesterday with my sister and both my nieces, resisted the ice cream van
Food for yesterday:
Breakfast - 2 sausages (2syns!), 2 scrambled egg, loads of mushrooms and grilled tomatos, with small tin baked beans and 1 slice WM toast (half HEb)...massive breakfast but knew i would be out all day so wouldnt have too much for lunch!
Lunch - FF activia, apple and grapes!
Dinner - Chicken wrapped in bacon (fat removed), with cheese (HEa), A small jacket potato and loads of veg (sprouts, carrots, broccoli and spring greens)
Didnt have my other half of HEb, so know I should syn the 1 slice of bread I did have but I'm not bothering! But I did have a Toffee Crisp which I think is about 11 and a half syns (will check), so was still under my syns for the day! I feel like I ate alot but I know none of it was bad (apart from thge toffee crisp lol!!)
