I'm very motivated to get into the 9s again.has been a while so I'm thinking DDs Mon, wed, Fri and Saturdays until I get back into the 9s and then drop to 3 down days until the 8s and then decide what my target will be and how I will maintain. I maintained previously at 9st.7lbs on 6:1 but if I do get into the 8s I'm not sure how low I will have to go with my weekly calories so may have to stick with 5:2 for life!!! Eeeek
