It's 3 days from my weigh-in day and my mini goal of 180lbs and as of this morning I'm 179.4lbs! I'm absolutely overjoyed! :party0011::bunnydance:

Although I have no idea how I managed it because I haven't exercised in a week and a half....My personal trainer said that taking a rest can really help weight loss so maybe that's it :)

The mini goals were trial and error for me. Initially i thought the loss would be faster at the start and then slow right down and so I had very silly goals.
Once I saw how it was going I readjusted my goals to more attainable ones but with enough of a challenge to make me work for em. :) although it's not been apparent for the last week and a half, I've been (literally :p) exercising my butt off. Finally got back to it yesterday with a 5k run/jog to prep for one I'm doing on Cinco de Mayo :)
