i now use my fitness pal website as all you do is enter what youv eaten and it totals up cals,carbs,fat,protein for you. i think alot of us are now using it very usefull.
Cheese sauce is always a good one - all that cream and cheese yummy. Pour it over your cauli! SF jelly and cream, yummy again Burn fat on meat if you don't like it sloppy and eat that! Yuk LOL Pepperamis, babybels etc Loads of good fat
