oh sweetie. You can do it. Just remember will chocolate make the upset go away? no it wont as you will feel annoyed at yourself for eating it and then eat more as you think well i have had it now and then it turns into a visious cycle! I know it sounds weird but have you tried going for a walk? Cos seratonine is released when exerice is done and then you will feel better. HTH

wicked i have planned most of mine and gone waaaaaaaaaaaaaay over budget already but at the moment looking into a charactureist (SP), you know the people who draw cartoon versions of people, so not only do the guests get entertained when the boring bits are going on, but get to take a picture home and remind them of our wedding!

i went for a walk with angel last night, and am gonna take her for a walk later wen it stops raining, am jus gonna have a duvet day and make myself better for work tomorrow, cos i work in sales and i need to be motivated

they are about £350 and are there for about 6 hours which i think is quite good and the guy we are looking at has said he usually manages to get round to every guest!

He goes round the tables and does tricks right in front of your eyes. He is so good we brought him all the way from Bristol to Cornwall just to have him at our wedding!

so lost 5lbs last night so now have 44 weeks till get married and now 68lbs to loose so 1.5lbs a week average i need to loose.
