So glad I read this thread.
I've been following SW and struggling for the last few months. Maybe it's the takeaways that aren't helping. I used the guide too without weighing the tub. Only have one a week, but it all adds up.
I've just stopped having mug shots at lunch every day, because i noticed that they are 250 calories each, and putting that on top of sandwich, fruit, salad etc maybe was just a bit too much. It was an extra 1250 calories a week.
Will let you know how I go on this week.
