I've stopped writing down what i eat. This is because i am already writing down my diary for my SW consultant at class. I thought that i would begin again on here once i get into a routine and stopped bothering my consultant.
Didn't eat my snack a jacks yesterday and they are in my desk drawer so can't eat them today cos i'm working from home.
Managed very well on my drink last night - only had three.
My 30 day shred DVD arrived yesterday so i have done day 1 and am going to do day 2 later on after lunch, between finishing work and starting work at the pub!
Had my 2 litres of water yesterday and am on track to do the same today.
Trying on my jeans later on too see how far i can get them on this time
