Hi Yvonne.

Well it was a beautiful morning but rained all afternoon - luckily brother and sis in law had hired a hall at the park - was a fab afternoon - and managed to resist all temption and only ate carrot sticks and cucumber! Was quite funny really - all the men got chairs and were ploughing into french stick and cake and all the girls were cross legged on the floor eating carrots and cucumber, exchanging recipes, we sure know how to live lol! As weather was rubbish we were home not long after five

I went a whole 24 hours away from minimins!!!! hope you are having fun weekend - the sun is shining here today (according to weather forecast we are due a dry day) just put washing on then gonna get out and take kids for a park - having to bribe my 13 year old that I will go into Tesco on way home to get her a steak slice (she's addicted!)

Lovely to see chivalry really is alive and kicking NOT,

Well I've had a fairly rubbish w/end as I'm not well. Actually not at work today cos I feel so bad and I'm almost never off work even though I've got so much going on medically. I try not to give in to it. Today though was just too much for me. I've had intense pains in tummy all w/end and spent most of the night sick as a dog and to continue the animal analogies today I feel as weak as a day old kitten.

So no food apart from a couple of mint sweets and I can only handle small sips of water too. I don't know if this is related to the potassium issues or not but I've got an appt at the docs on Wednesday so I'll hopefully find out more than.

Everybody is ill, both my mum and dad are sick, i came in work to get out the way and half the office is ill!

Bizarrely I don't feel ill as such, well not until I try to do something then I'm wiped out. I'm just being sick and doubled up in pain with a bit of a headache. So I've spent the day napping when I can on the chair by the radiator with a fleecy blanket over me. It's a hard life.

Thanks Donna I haven't done the form cos my consultant reckons I wouldn't qualify. I'm not too confident of a quick cure but this is he!!ish,

Still off work and not an better really. I want the pain to stop NOW.

Only allowed paracetamol but it takes th edge off a bit.

Yep doc drove me nuts by not listening. AARGH why do they do that. So today I've had to go get another prescription and the doc has phoned me 4 times. So I'm feeling a bit better now but still really weak and feeble. Hope I recover soon cos I'm reeeeeeally bored of this now.
