Hello lovely Patsy, omg you sound so like me....I have been putting on and taking off the same 10-12lbs since October, this week is the end of that, I lost that 9lb and it's staying lost...we can do this and we are all here with you every step of the way....I know I have been absent for a while with everything going on, but I am back and I am back to stay and nag and pester and basically be here along with everyone else to make sure you do make those changes.
The rash on your face, snap same here ....I am beginning to think mine is not the acne the hospital said as it seems to be responding to the antihistamines that I have been taking.....it seems it might well be Urticaria, I have read up on it extensively and it sounds so like what I have...and the going from heat to cold is very apt with our weather right now...might be worth looking into as it seems a lot of people are experiencing the same effects this year...whatever it is I hope it heals quickly.

Food for Wednesday 1st
Lunch Minestrone Soup
Dinner frylight up, Sausages bacon eggs beans mushrooms. Not sure syns for sausages but no other syns apart from some brown sauce.
Snacks - banana strawberries cherries satsuma.
Food for Thursday 2nd August.
Lunch 2 wm rolls with coronation chicken filler syns ???. Packet crisps. 6 syns
Dinner Crumbed haddock peas & chips bottle diet irn-bru Syns for breadcrumbs & ketchup. Umm don't know.
Snack - Kit Kat. Banana satsuma.
Anyway yesterdays food was a bit of an off plan day. But not outrageously bad I don't think. Chips and choccy only real baddies
I had the day off work to accompany mum on one of her outings.
It was a day cruise on the paddle steamer Waverley on the Clyde. We set off at 1.30 from the science centre and sailed to Greenock to see and escort the liner Queen Elizabeth down the Clyde on it's round Britain Cruise. Wow what a ship huge and last word in luxury apparently. The menu on Waverley was a bit limited and F & C was the least bad I think or at least the most identifiable. Had a fab day though and well worth the day off work.
