This is mentalness! I was only supposed to be doing my short (improve my speed) 5k on Friday. But now I feel I have to do a longer one. Short run Saturday evening (get me, Miss party girl!) instead perhaps.....

Wel hubby didn't go away until afternoon, sooo I managed a 6.45 mile run this morning. I'm really surprising myself now, I had been putting off progressing to 10k for ages but now I'm loving it. Wind was against me for a mile and a half though.. grrr

Go go go Shazzabir! I went down to the pool thinking I'd get a swim in (I'm concerned about the bingo wings I appear to be developing). Bloody thing closed to the public because of a gala, and by rye time I got back there was no time for a run either. Harrunph. I'm currently at Brands being inappropriately excited by motorbikes.
