I start CD 2morro... any advice?

Hi i posted a few days ago telling you all that this is a new start for me. New flat, new year new me I went for my job interview 2day and he gave the job there and then and would like me to start next week hehe!! My kind nanna said she would pay for this months diet as she was proud i got the job. I rang the CD woman right away and as i did the LL diet not so long ago she said i could get started right away and there is a meeting in my town 2morra. She asked me what packs i liked and she will bring them along with her. I AM SO HAPPY AND EXCITED!!! i cant wait!! I have a wedding to go to at the hilton hotel in july, its my bf's family member, i have never met any of his family and i want to look stunning for when i do... i think now i might be able to hehe!! Is there any advice any one can give me about starting this diet, i know i did LL and i think it is the same but i just want any advice anyone can give me. Is this site just for people on the CD or is it for anyone who is on any diet? sorry this post is so long thanks xxxxx

Hi and welcome the site is for every type of diet etc, but there is a cambridge section if you come and look for us! You'll find great support, teams for weight loss, challenges (including an Easter one as detailed in my siggie) etc.
Lots of info.

I haven't done LL but I believe it's similar just that CD have more flavours and products available.

Your CDC sounds on the ball so I'm sure you'll do well!!

hi tasha, good news getting the job, least thats something less to think about!! i started the CD yesterday, feeling great today. my advise would be to get a blender for the shakes, it makes them alot better, also you can put some ice in them aswell (yum!). good luck!!!!
