So been on nights the last few days and very proud of myself avoiding all the goodies and treats at work (including doughnuts, cookies, various boxes of chocolate and cake!)
I've been up since 1pm (I did only get to bed for 8am) and had a banana and some yoghurt, had to have something small as have got a chicken dinner cooking for lunch (hubby is well trained lol) and no idea what is for dinner yet... brain is only running on about 15% lol
