I want to be a healthy BMI for graduation!

Well... 2lbs off. Not as much as I hoped but it's still a loss. Onwards and downwards.
 
Thanks guys. I need to drink more water but it's SO hard when on shifts. I've not really eaten properly today (not badly... just not had a proper meal yet!) but have had shopping delivered today and so will be having a super organised week. I'm on nights tomorrow and Saturday... but I will be organised, so I WILL be ok.

So been on nights the last few days and very proud of myself avoiding all the goodies and treats at work (including doughnuts, cookies, various boxes of chocolate and cake!)
I've been up since 1pm (I did only get to bed for 8am) and had a banana and some yoghurt, had to have something small as have got a chicken dinner cooking for lunch (hubby is well trained lol) and no idea what is for dinner yet... brain is only running on about 15% lol
 
Well done for avoiding all the cakes etc
