I made the switch to CD. I'm on the 810 plan where you can have one meal a day. I love it, but think that I preferred LT in the beginning. Because it is so strict it kept me on the straight and narrow. I think even when I was supposed to be SSing on CD I would have had the odd meal on CD because I know the diet allows it (in later stages), where as with LT, it was the three shakes full stop (I hated the bars/soup). You have to do what is right for you. For me personally I love the restriction of LT in the beginning, but the freedom of CD to lose the last bit. I LOVE THEM BOTH!!
