Have a look for the "water challenge" thread in the general section - Its a group of people doing the same. I joined them yesterday and said i would aim for 2 - 2.5 litres a day. Knowing that i am going to post daily how much i acually have drank is spuring me on to stick with it!!
Breakfast
2 x Choc Weetabix (Yummy!!) with skimmed milk
Lunch
Tilda Rice with large salad, Cucumber, Red Onion, Peppers, Tomatoes, Radishes
Dinner... Something Quorn i'm thinking as looks like its a green day! Any Ideas??

Coffee x 1 with Skimmed Milk
Working my way through 2 litres of water
Amazing! I hadn't realised just how much milk i was having today, goes to show it helps to write down every thing you put pass your lips!! Will now make a consious effort to measure my milk allowance and prop avoid milk at work.
