Todays is

Breakfast - x2 bacon, egg, beans and potatoe, with 2syns tomatoe ketchup
Lunch - home made Soup and home made quiche
Dinner - Hubbys yummy curry, syns are for the cornflour and the mango chutney.
 
Riht well yesterday i lost 4.5lbs! whoop whoop! 10lobs in two weeks! I also looked and when iwas wearing my engagement ring and it fit lol i was 17 stone so i know when i get to that i can wear my wedding and engegment ring together i am so excited.

Yesterdays wasnt great

bfast - x2 weetabix and milk
Lunch - home made soup and quiche
Snack - x2 alpen bars
dinner- eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek chinese. But it was for my sisters birthday and i am right back on it today!

not written up here for a few days as i have been poorly but back again.

Breakfast :- weetabix (b) Milk (a)
Lunch :- jacket with cottage cheese and prawns with salad
Dinner :- Tandoori chicken with rice.
Desert berries in yoghurt.

Snack - SW quiche.

I need to fit in at least 2 more a's somewhere not sure what to have i can have 4 a's or b's so if anyone has suggestions please help.

changed todays dramatically as the stuff i was going to use for the tandoori was out of date

Dinner :- smash pizza with hexa mozerella tom puree (1) and tuna and sweetcorn DISGUSTING!!!
So had x2 brown bread (b) and cheese (a)
Snack - x2 alpen lights (b)

Snack - SW quiche.
 
Hi,
Congratulations on your weight loss so far and your baby son too. It's great that you can have so many HE while breastfeeding...Wish I had kept it up with my daughter...just for the extra cheese ;).
I like your goals, I had similar ones after I gave birth, I had to keep my rings off as they were so tight they gave me eczema. They're ok now but need to lose a bit more to wear my watch.

Hi hun, your son is beautiful. I love your pictures and avatar(is that the right word?). Like you I want to loose weight not just for me but for my daughter Sophie (6 months). She is my world and i want to be a healthy mummy to her. I like your food diary and hope i can get some ideas to. From one yummy mummy to be to another ;-p

I was just talking to my husband abouthow determind i was to breastfeed. I went through so many obstacles, he had tonguie tie and couldnt latch on, then i had bleeding nipples and then he got thrush and i got thrush on my boobs so it was a very testing time but i didnt give up as i knew the benefits for him so i asked my husband if i can do that for him why couldnt i loose weight for me and my health? So he said do it for him so you live longer.
And here i am.

Breakfast - x2 hexb muesli and milk (hexa)
Lunch - Sausage, egg, bacon, beans and sw chips
Dinner - dunno yet as its weigh in depends on when i get home.

Thats really good about the breastfeeding, i had to give up at 10 weeks as sophie wasnt getting enough milk. It was getting to the point where she would feed from both sides at 5am, then 7am then literally drain a 6ozbottle at 9am so i knew that formula was the way to go and I had done my best to give her a great start in life :)

aw thats pants. I actually enjoy it at the moment (not when he wakes every half hour at night times lol). Its my me and him time. He drinks from both sides and then sometimes fights for more when he drains me but i play with him for a bit until i have had time to fill up again and pop him back on. xx
 
Well done on the breastfeeding. You're right if you managed to keep on breastfeeding after all the things you went through, you can lose weight.
EmmaLeonie, the same thing happened to me with my daughter. She was breastfeeding non stop for hours but was still hungry. One night I breastfed her from 7pm until 2pm, when I sent my husband to Asds to get some formula (thank god for 24hour opening!). After that I would feed her for 2 hours max and give her a bottle if she was still hungry...Stopped completely when I realised she was having a bottle everytime!
I just wish midwives had told me the truth rather than going on about it being the easiest thing and completely painless, maybe I would have been more prepared.
Anyway, sorry about the rambling will stop now!!!
 
well i lost 2lbs last night taking me to 12lbs in three weeks whoop whoop and also got slimmer of the month.

Todays menu:-


Breakfast - Egg and soldiers mmmmmmmmmmm (b) for two nimble brown bread. 3 syns for flora buttery.

Lunch - Batchelors pasta n sauce with cheese (a) Tuna and sweetcorn

Snacks fruit (got loads in yum yum)

Dinner - x6 Sausages, bbq beans, cheese (hexa) and potatoes. 18 syns for whole lot (cos of blooody sausages) but halved to 9 syns for me. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

recipe here - This is from the SW website lifeline online but i adapted it.

Free on Green if using quorn but i cant as hubby dont like quorn grrrrrr and add 6 syns if not using the cheese as a Healthy extra.


Syns - 9
Hex 1a and 1 b.

Ingredients-

675g Potatoes, peeled and Quartered.
6 quorn sausages
Fry light
2 cans of BBQ baked beans
168g reduced fat chedder cheese sliced
Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200. Boil potatoes till tender.
Meanwhile, fry or grill the qorn sausages in fry light turning occasionally for 10-15 mins until cooked through.
Cut the sausages into litle slices and place in an oven proof dish.
Mix in the baked beans.
Cover with the sliced cheese.
Drain the potatoes then mash and add seasoning (i added paprika or bbq).
Once mashed spread on top of the cheese layer and bake for 30 mins until golden on the top.

thank you. well i am still in my maternity clothes as i have 13lbs to go to get to my pre pregnant state but they are falling off me at the moment. :( refuse to buy any more to be honest until i get to my pre preg state. xxx
 
ok another day where i have had to change my menu, hubby doesnt fancy the sausage dinner its fine tho....

Dinner - lamb donar mmmmmmmm brown pitta (hexb) salad, syn free chilli sauce and sw chips nom nom much better than my first choice.

Lunch - HEXb pitta, lamb donar, salad, sw chips again hehe
Dinner - Hexbx2 pizza base, tuna, sweetcorn, passata and x1 cheese aa.
Snacks - Fruit nom nom.

Going to pop a day up for tomorrow as i have a busy day on a tuesday as i take my son to baby sign and kickers and crawlers in the afternoon.

Lunch - asda Chick pea dahl with rice.
Dinner - Jacket with cottage cheese and salad
