So I thought I'd start my own food diary as I've been lurking round everyone else's for a while. A bit about me...
I have always been big for as long as I can remember. I've yo yo dieted since about the age of 15, but I'm a huge comfort eater and I love my food. I lost about 3 stone on weight watchers after I had a baby 4 years ago but I have put it all back in again and then some so enough is enough!
 
I've played about with weight watchers for a while but I just can't seem to lose weight on pro points. I lost 3 stone on the discover plan but cannot get to grips with it. My sister in law has been cc on mfp for about 6 months and looks fab so I thought I'd give it a try. So here goes:

Monday day 1

Breakfast: nutri grain bar

Lunch: m&s chicken sandwich, no mayo
m&s salt and vinegar baked crisps

Dinner: m&s four cheese ravioli, 20g cheese
ww petit pain and 5g lurpak garlic butter (mmmm)

Snacks: quavers, Pepsi max

Approx 1200 cals

I was scared I'd be hungry cc as ww has 0 point food but very pleasantly surprised I went to bed full!!
