15th June - Blog started. My Journey on Lighter Life
19th June - Starting LL T - I am ready for it.
19th June - my BMI 28.8 - need to be 25
25th June - My BMI 27.1 Lost 7lbs - Hurray
3rd Jul - My BMI 27.1 Lost 4lbs - fantastic weight 12.5lbs
10 JUL- lost 1 lb first week on LL Lite - 12.4 lbs
17th JUl - Lost 3lbs 2nd week on LL lite - 12st 1lbs = 15 lost so far
24th JUl - Lost 1lb , total lost 16lbs
18 Sept - total lost 30lbs

I wonder how long it would take to count to 1,000 000...?
