Attack Ideas for fat free yogurt??

Hi everyone

What yogurts/brans can be eaten on dukan? I was eating activia fat free and onken last time and i dont think these were allowed??

Tesco do a small pot of Greek 0% yogurt (200g) I add sweetener, jelly crystals & the lemon curb from the recipe boards here. Not all together though lol!
