Two discoveries (for me) from today's shopping:
Tesco Bresaola (99% beef, salt) and Fergal's Simply Turkey Breast slices (turkey, salt); they are heavy on salt - well, relatively - but Dukan-friendly otherwise and perfectly acceptable under your circumstances.
