IDs?

Just wondering how many cals people are consuming on an ID?

Also, 2 or poss 3 x IDs together?

Am generally doing straight alternate days but shift work (2 earlies on, 1 off, 3 lates on 3 off) and social occasions are clashing and conspiring against me for the next week.

Any advice gratefully recieved :)
 
ID s are really emergency days for when you can't do a DD for whatever reason if done on a regular basis then you may as well cal count. Juddd/ADF is all about the swing of cals between days it should be at least 1000 cals, you need to refuel for DD 's your body needs to be burning fat not storing it hich will happen if you consume too few cals over a few days. I did a Controlled UP day in the middle of my double DD last week thinking keeping my cals about 1600 would help with any gain, it did I sts after that controlled day but it had an impact on my following DD where I ended up losing a 1lb but it should have been more but I didn't lose after the 2nd DD which has never ever happened to me before in 6mths of Juddding, it was the 1st time I had ever done a controlled UP too, coincidence maybe but for me my body works best when it has something to work with so UP days are an important part too. If you only intend to do IM 's for just this week then I don't see any major problem but I wouldn't advise you use more than 1 of them as part of your regular routine x
