If at first you dont succeed..........

Hi hun
How r u finding it so far?

Morning :) how did yesterday go? X

Ooh I'mglad you mentioned the wii fit! I might extract the wii from the cupboard later :D hope you're still going strong xxx

Good Luck - you are just a day behind me. I am finishing off some old packs of mine and then will probably go with Slim and Save too

Hi welshtigger... I'm starting again too- day three without blunders today and am finding it okay. Been trying since start of jan but its taken me a while to get my head in the game!

good luck with your journey.x

Time to dust off the diary yet again! Feel a bit of a failure-it's nearly a year since I started s&s for the first time and I'm only a stone down from where I started!!!
On day 3 of another restart-someone once told me that you only fail when you stop trying....so lets see!

Started back on Thursday! Have got my school reunion on sept 28th so that was 27weeks and 2 days to do something constructive

Day 1: weighed back in at 22:5 :( yuck! But onwards and downwards
Am having a lot of problems in my life at the moment, so figured that my weight/diet was the one thing I could control!
Strawberry shake for breakie
Had mushroom pasta for lunch,
Cottage pie for tea and a maple fruits bar in the evening after work.
I know I'm allowed 5 packs for now, but can't really afford to use extra, so might jut have extra protein if I feel I need it

Day 2: weighed 22:1.5 so nice 3.5lb drop. I know it's not advisable to weigh daily-before anyone chastises me for it, but it really motives me to start with.
Had a cookies and creme shake for breakie
Strawberry shake for lunch
Had some tuna and 2 boiled eggs for tea(so double protein)
And a maple fruits bar in the cinema last night!

Day 3(today):weighed in at 21:11 so another 4.5lbs down which I'm really loving
Not got out of bed yet cos feeling dreadful, and it's snowing so can't go anywhere! Just sat here watching a DVD! Might try and venture to the cinema later tho.
Want to get back to 19:2.5 which was the weight I got to before the olympics, and then onward and downward from there, until I get to 15:7-which is the lowest adult weight I can remember.

So 8lbs down 36.5lbs(2 stone 8.5) to go for goal 1 and
88lbs(6 stone 4) to go for second goal :) I can do this :D

You only fail when you stop trying. Amen to that!
So many of us have been there. Yet we keep fighting. And you know what happens to people who keep trying and refuse to give up? They eventually succeed.
