Hi i have the calculater app and going to try starting ww tomorrow(Going it alone) if there is no nv on pack how do i work out the points, is there a book i can buy with points values in it

There's a couple of options Sweetie, either buy a WW Shop Guide (that lists most things) or you can use the approximate method that 40cals roughly equals 1pp, but be aware this method isn't very accurate and I ALWAYS round up when using this method. Hi, The WW app has a lot of information but if you don't have that then it might be an idea to sign up to 'My fitness pal' it has loads of nutritional values including some restaurants like Nandos and Harvester. I use it if the app doesn't have the info on their database. X
