I've got Galaxy Bubbles Orange next, can't wait to finish the Mint one so I can start that one! X

Good evening, finally catching up. Im sorry you felt so unwell yesterday. We all missed you as you can tell! Well done on managing today. Im guessing you like to feel in control and its tough when you cant plan the days food. You did so well and what fab bargains!!

Hey Laura :) I'm a Total Control Freak and Buffets scare me, especially the day before WI! I worry that I won't cope and ill end up back where I started (a bit dramatic I know). I just want a good result today so I can rest and enjoy this upcoming week. X

you definitely should Serena, her chocolate brownies look yum and only 4pp each. I was researching filling and healthy and came across her site thought it would be good for everyone to see, hence why I shared it on your thread x

definitely looking at it, i have done quite a lot of research into it and as I'm not a big eater portion wise it could fit in well with me I used to eat the wrong foods as opposed to large quantities and the crux of the plan is to eat until you are satisfied and as long as you eat from The list. If I do try it I was thinking I would pp it just as a guide for a week then see how it goes. Have you looked at it? My leader at WW has done it for the past two weeks, the first week she was away in France and the second week at home she lost 2lb she said it was like a breath of fresh air not to pp everything and she plans to keep going with it. Worth a trial me thinks x

I do find it interesting but I don't think i could do it, I know my portions would creep up! X
Never know till you try it and anyway if you continue to WI ( as you would) if ever there was an increase you could adjust it, plus you still get your 49 a week for your treats plus your portions on WW are huge so I doubt very much that you would eat more that you do already. ;0) you should be the girly to trial it and see how it goes x

Everyone always says how big my dinners are but I don't think they are lol! Think I'm just a Piggy ;-) x
 
More Is definitely more ( so a clever lady once told me) x

Don't know who that person could be ;-) Oh the person who consumed 3 different types of cake, Dominos and numerous kit Kats lol x
