Hello Ladies,Im 30 years old and 5 ft 7 weighing in at 13 stone I am waiting on the cambridge diet lady to call me with all the details and i tend to find other diets hard (anyone with me)I would like to hear your stories etc to help me along the new journey and any idea on costs etc from what ive seen its about £200 a month is that correct?any help would be great xxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Hi, I'm on day 14 and have lost 13lbs. My start weight was 11.6 and I'm 5ft 2. I average around £35 a week. And drink around 3litres a day. My goal is 8.7 and would love that by 1st week of July but that may be a push, but if I can do 3lb a week it should b done. I have nit cheated, I don't c the point as u may as well do ww or sw of your gonna wanna eat. Gd luck Hun. PMA to you xx

Hiya, been on for 9 weeks and lost just over 3 stone, I have a stone and half to go, I pay £47 per week but I have ready made shakes and they are a bit more expensive, good luck on your journey :)
 
do you do the meal replacment plan or dop you eat some normal food as well?well done on your weight loss thats amazing x
 
Hey, I have been having just 3 shakes a day but now I've hit 2 weeks I'm allowed one of there bars a day plus 2 shakes :) I'm looking to trying my first bar tonight as haven't chewed for 2 weeks lol ;-) no food at all :-( but it's ok x
 
Excellent, the 1st day is headache day then 3&4 I found quite hard but u have to power through. On your 1st weigh in you'll b motivated :)but don't cheat coz then you have to through it all again, just look on these forums especially the photos they are deffo motivation ;-) x

Early days but...so far so good!

Hi. I started the Cambridge Weight Loss Plan yesterday and so far I'm not finding it too bad. I was charged £42 for a weeks worth of supplements. Convinced myself it was cheaper than buying a variety of fresh, healthy foods! I opted for a range of shakes, soups and porridge but so far enjoying the shakes the most (prob cos it's been nice weather?). Haven't felt hungry yet - which is the thing I was worried most about. I'm like a woman possessed around chocolate biscuits usually ;)
I'm 5'3" and weigh 12 stone 3...hoping to lose approx 3 stone. I met with my consultant last tues but decided to wait til yesterday to start as it was my birthday last week and knew I'd be surrounded by food. I spent last week reading lots of helpful posts on here which are great at preparing you fir how you'll feel. I also cut down my food intake a little. Think that has helped a lot!

Ive got about 3 stone to loose x

Hiya! Well i weigh a lot more than i thought! Eeek! Haha

But ive got all my products and today has been fine so far. Drunk about 2 litres of water an going to the toilet every 5 mins at work haha!

Ive had the porridge for lunch and was ok. Not my favourite!

Cant wait for this weight to come off! How r u doing? X x
 
im ok thanks preparing my body to start sat i spoke to another cdc today and seems much better than the other one so im going with her im going on sat at 10.30what do you weigh im 5ft 7 and 13 odd stone want to be 11 maybe slightly less
 
So I'm on cd day 2 feeling good struggling with the third cd product at night I'm literally full but I'm forcing it x

Can't wait for weight in :)
 
Hi Hayley how you getting on I am on day 2 as well started on Friday and I am doing 3 sachets a day and a 200 cal meal. I am struggling to get that last sachet in as well :-s but tomorrow thought maybe I would try it as a soup and cook it with my chicken :-s x
