Hiya lucy! Im on day 5 an feeling a bit better. Day 3 was the worst day for me too.

Last night my partner had her friends over and they all ordered a dominoes! It smelt so amazing and was awful just sitting there with my shake :(

Im struggling a little with the water intake too!

:( how is everyone else getting on? X x

Glad to hear it gets easier lol I have about 6 stone to lose first weigh in us Thursday so really want to do 100% this week to see what results I can get. Well done you for losing that first stone x
 
Hello ladies I'm day 3 and feel fab! I've not been hungry at all I have rally surprised myself with this diet :)

I have breezed thru it now I think cause I have been ok maybe I won't loose!

Hi Hayley! I'm doing three CD products and a meal too. I had my first weigh in on Saturday and lost 8lbs so you can still lose the weight! I'm going to start doing some light toning exercises before the 200kcal protein meal so I retain as much muscle as poss. Good luck and let us know how your first weigh in goes! x
 
Hi Hayley, well done for starting! This diet saved my life, I'm convinced it did. I lost a shedload of weight over a few years (a few restarts :eek: ) but I'm finally seeing the end of the tunnel here!

We have about the same weight to lose you and I :D

I spend £47/week though, as I only have tetras. I am just so lazy I will forget about making my shakes when I have them. With the tetras, everything is ready :D

You seem to be doing really well :) xxx

Morning all how you all doing found a new tip today was struggling with porridge but put a tea spoon of your milkshake you are going to use that days mixture in and then microwave mmmm I had choc mint portage today was yum x

Hayley, the tetras are ready-made mini shakes. They come with a straw and you just drink them like that. They're thicker than the shake and I find them much better! But sadly, they're more expensive :( They come in chocolate, strawberry and banana.

Yep, it is pricey, but it's nothing compared to how much I used to spend on grocery (my junk food represented half the weekly shop :eek: )

If you're struggling with the price, you could try Slim&Save? It's like Cambridge except that you don't have the counselling with it. I know I need the counselling, especially as I'm getting nearer target.

What flavours have you tried so far?

Wow, you did try a lot :D

I don't know about slim fast hun, I never did it. There is a slim fast section on the forum though. Maybe you could ask the ladies there? Maybe you could compare the labels as well? I'm not too worried about calories but I want to make sure I get all my vitamins and stuff. :)

Yeah I am not to bad day 4 for me and I hated the porridge but that made it bareble lol I have also done shake in the shaker and then added crushed ice an had it at night like a treat makes it ice cold and the ice makes you almost feel like your eating lol x
 
Hayley slim fast shakes are much higher in carbs when I tried that cheap option I was always hungry and ended up giving up and going back to normal food. I doubt they keep you in ketosis.

If you really can't afford CWP I would try Slim n Save.

Have you tried the vanilla, chocolate and chocolate mint shakes? They are my favourite I have a mixture of those a week and the apple and cinnamon porridge every night
