So I'm back 
I had a very busy phase in my life where I couldn't get onto the site as often as I would like and also family problems etc...Needless to say I have piled the weight back on. This site was a great tool for me in the past and I believe that because I couldn't get on, this is one of the reasons the weight piled on...Because I had no support really. Missed you all!! Lol.
Weighing in today at 12.lbs so I've put on about 9lbs since I last posted. Lets get this going!!
