im back !

Right well firstly the good news is i lost 2lb this week and my TOTM week aswell :party0019:

We went out to dinner last night and it was really nice, even though i appear to have come down with either hayfever or the flu i dont know which ( cos i have never had hayfever before).
I changed my mind on the starter when we got there as they had a wild mushroom risotto on the specials board so i had that instead of the asparagus and it was lovely ( even though i could taste it had cheese in it lol ), then for my main i also chose fromj the specials board and had Battered pollock and triple cooked chips with tartre sauce. It was a pretty big portion aswell so i didnt manage to eat it all and my OH had to help me :rolleyes:.
For dessert i reeeeeally wanted my chocolate brownie and ice cream but it wasnt on the menu so i chose the creme brulee and shortbread but as i hadnt had it before it was what i imagined it being and i didnt like it so i ate the shortbread lol. I said to Maugan will you eat mine in a minute cos i didnt want them to think i didnt like it :giggle::giggle: he was of course happy to oblige and said it was fabulous ( what do i know lol )

Am feeling strong for the coming week. We are doing burgers and wedges tonight with a side salad

Can only say for the past few days i have abandoned the forum and sadly the diet :cry::cry:
It was only going to be for one dinner and i let it run away with me again, i dont know why but i was looking through old photos last night and i see the weight i have gained and i am seriously going to try and work through this. I like what your doing Marie having daily targets and i think from tomorrow thats what im going to do.
I can get through week one nice and easy then i ruin it all in week 2 :confused::confused:

Will update my ticker tomorrow and i VOW to make it through week 1
 
i dunno if it was a slip of the finger and if it is ignore this suggestion but while i was trying to get back to ww id slip up and vow to stick to week ONE the next week, this time im doing it differently even if i slipped up and had a bad week (mine was on my sec week to) i vowed to be good on the THIRD week!! i know it makes no difference really except it allows u to realise ur not starting the diet agai...just putting a bad week in the past and moving on to the next week!! its all in the head but i found that by changing the words i used made me realise im not always on week one and starting again and again at things!!

Thanks guys, the damage wasnt as bad as it could have been actually. I had only put on 1lb but my eating has been horrendous i dont know how i managed that. I can tell when i have been cheating cos i feel sluggish, i love feeling like i have tons of energy so i am making mini daily targets and try that way :D
 
Hey, don't beat yourself up too much. The important thing is that you've recognised it and are addressing it again. You'll get there in the end.

Thanks for the messages guys. Today i was at work and it was really hard for me, i got there and the shop didnt have any red milk so i had to get green, then i had taken 2 packets of pretzel type things to munch along with my lunch and i tried them and didnt like them. I was then in a tizz that i would be hungry and have to go to the shop for something to eat but i muddled my way through and ended up the points i saved eating the pretzels made up for the milk

I got home and my lad has made a chart he is going to eat healthy and include exersize in his day ( he is 11 and a bit tubby ) so that was nice and im glad i stuck to it, we are now chowing down on Chicken and pasta and its lovely and only 5 points :D

Hey Vodaka ... :) good to hear you stayed on track! ... its annoying isnt it when you have to worry about what your going to eat whilst out of the house lol.
