Well after restarting and restarting and rethinking about which plan to do im going to stick with Atkins and for once in my life move to the next phase of the plan after ive lost my weight! i just couldnt get bck into it fully after the wedding! i was considering lipotrim/cd and everything else i could fond on the net! my head wasnt in the right place and i dont know why but today i am determined to stay on induction and get this weight off! i have booked a hol to lanzarote for my bday in oct with my man so i need this not only for then but for life. i am going to do it with no messing! no alcohol,no slip ups and NO days off either! im promising myself,because im sick of my family laughing everytime i mention im falling off the wagon today,sure they are as sick of me talking about my weight as i am of hearing myself now so THIS IS IT!!!!!!!
