Yaaaaaaay I lost 2lbs again this week . Im now in the 11s (11. 13lb) im over the moon!! Also got slimmer of the week !!
Todays Food:
Breakfast: Banana, Apple, 2 Benefit light bars (HexB).
Lunch: Chicken Breast, salad, cottage cheese with pineapple, Aldi greek style lemon yogurt.
Dinner: After weigh in i had a chicken and cheese toasted sandwich with some garlic mayo. (havent a clue how many syns)
Snacks: 2 Hifi light rocky road bard (6 syns), Monster Claws crisps (5.5 syns), Hot choc (2 syns) made with milk HexA).
