One of my friends does the extra easy plan and doesn't do any exercise! I know it's not the same for everyone but Would you recommend doing some exercise each day when doing the extra easy plan to help with weight loss?
Currently I've been using the exercise bike for about 30/45 minutes the last couple of nights. would it help to carry on or should i just not bother?
any comments would be helpful
