The Atkins bars didn't work for me, nothing did so i ended up taking Lactulose liquid..it was mega sweet but it worked.
As for the lack of hunger, i go through both, days when i feel constantly hungry and other days i could miss food out altogether.
I also find if i miss breakfast then i am not hungry all day, then i eat and become hungry for the rest of the evening, it's like switching on your appetite with food...odd..
