Oopsie flatbread
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3 egg yolks
3oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp flax meal
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Grated Parmesan
Preheat oven, 300 degrees f, gas 2
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until thick,stiff peaks form. Set aside
In another bowl, combine egg yolks, flax meal, cream cheese, salt, oregano, parsley and garlic powder
Carefully fold yolk mixture into whites
Spoon batter into greased 9x13 brownie tin, or spread on parchment paper ( probably best option)
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake for 30-32 mins
Cut into squares
What I did was once it had baked for 30 mins, I flipped it over and put it back in oven for a bit longer to dry out the bottom
