Hi

On induction can I eat pork scratchings please?

Also - dressed crab - is that OK to have on Atkins? and particularly on induction?

Pork scratchings are fine, usually the pork crunch brand is eaten by most....

Be careful with dressed crab, although its low carbs particularly the M&S one it does contain breadcrumbs on the ingredients list and lemon juice which can make you crave/stall...the pork scratchings are fine but dressed crab isn't induction friendly!
