And of course there's no need to apologise for a whinging post; you know we all understand the disappointment.Surely it'll be lean gains you'll be making now? Do you measure your body fat ratio? I would suggest you do now you've not got much to lose and you are interval training etc. I'm pretty certain that most sites about weight loss/fitness recommend measuring your body fat percentage at this point because scale weight it harder to take off.

If it carries on giving you these results, yet you feel slimmer and fitter (whichv you no doubt are) I'd highly recommend popping to on a body fat monitor.

I just looked at body fat monitors on Amazon, and the first one that came up said it wasn't for sale to people under 18. I wonder why! What sort of illicit use are teenagers finding for body fat monitors?! :8855:

Tomorrow is groceries day, I'll see if I can find something similar. The problem is that I always check the calories... numbers are such a disappointment in life. First the scale, then the calories, and age... and you name it.
