Hi all.
I have been intermittent fasting trying to do the 16/8 but have decided I want to try the Exante for possibly Breakfast and Lunch
The one thing that worries me about changing is the possible weight gain as I will be consuming more ‘calories ‘ if you like
I was just drinking tea / coffee and water uptill past 2 then sometimes having a very light lunch or nothing till dinner time. ( evenings are my worst time )
I have even considered still skipping breakfast. Having a shake for lunch. Then my dinner and having another shake for the evening. But again it’s the increase I’m worried about.
Have any of you any thought on this please as I’m totally stuck now on what to do
