Introducing myself

Well hello to you all!!!
i have been trolling your posts the last few days and I have to say what a wonderful site, full of lovely supportive people!!!!
my name is Kelly, I am 32yo, and I have gained 2st in the last year. :eek:
I put this down to change of job, new migraine medication and pure laziness!!!
I am now bursting out of my jeans and so uncomfortable that it is making me miserable, not to mention I now have a very unhealthy BMI :(
But that is going to change!
I have joined the gym and as of Saturday (13th) I began the ww plan on my own. I am going to go 4 weeks doing it myself and I have gave myself a target loss of 8lb in that time. If I don't make it I will join a class.
I just wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone for their advice and inspiration!!

I started the day after you and Iv dusted off my gym membership card too;p
Im sure you will smash 8lbs in 4 weeks , a positive attitude and a firm battle plan and your half way there already:)

a positive mental attitude and a lock on the kitchen door is all I need :cool:
i have been spending an hour in the gym a few times a week but I am going to try a few classes next week, hopefully that gives me the push to get the weight off.

Well first weigh in at home and I have lost 3lb, I am so pleased! I have lost 1 inch from my stomach and waist and 1/2 and inch from my hips :D hope I can keep this up :)
