Hi all sorry I've gone awol for last few days. I haven't died I just been busy with uni work Eekk so will comment properly once I've had a chance to read through what I've missed. Hope your all okay. I did 34 laps in pool today and my friend has convinced me to do spinning class followed by a legs bums and tums class at the gym tonight so if you dont hear from me by the weekend it is possible I am in some sort of exercise induced coma. Hope everyone has been having a good week x

week 3 - +3.5lbs (after a few days off plan)
week 4 - 4.5lbs
week 5 - 3.5lbs (18.5lb total lost so far)
