Is anyone starting Cambridge January 2014? Lets support each other!

Thats amazing! You're really testing yourself aren't you?! Have you had many 100% days now?

I'm good, day 10 and 100%, my tummy is a bit sore today and feeling a bit sorry for myself but trying to ignore it!

Yeah mine was day 11 the first time round (hard to say on the other try as I wasn't 100%!) hoping today is getting the nastiness out of the way!

Been 100% since Tuesday but got bbq and roast on Monday so going to spoil the diet but will try to limit damage and hopefully because I've been good all week I will still have loss on scales. Fingers crossed. Well done on sticking to it so far after first two weeks it gets easier as long as you stick to it.

Total loss = 26lbs

Are you going to try and stay 100% those couple of days? Shame not to after almost 5 100% days!

I've just been out for a family meal and stuck to protein, salad and Pepsi max!!! Was hard but nice. Had a few slices of onion, that was the only bad thing I had. Hopefully won't do too much damage lol.
Krazzed - enjoy your trip to London :)
How you finding it Jo? X

Wow Liz, very impressed! Going out for meals and making these choice teaches us for the future so every slight break from plan is worth it. Feeling much better this evening as I was feeling awful earlier and will be glad to get my tenth day down 100%! I'm an all or nothing girl so I know if I deviate at all I know I'll slip. Still, expecting to be here for 10-12 weeks so 10 days is a good amount down!

How are you feeling on it?

Day 10 was my worst day for some reason, felt like I had the flu!! Once you've had you 2nd weigh in you'll be a a fifth of the way through. I broke mine down into 2 week chunks and just focused on that as 12 weeks seemed far too long for me at the start. Now look I'm 15 weeks in with a 2 week break. If I can do it you can too!!! You just have to have the desire, focus and determination!!! X

Yeah the plan isn't really anything to do with physical hunger, totally about the state of mind. Did it in 2012 for 15 weeks totally 100% but maintaining since and going on and off and on and off has been a real struggle. On all of my 'restarts' since I haven't had any 100% days so I know to get this far I'll get the whole way.

My concern is that after 6 weeks I'll be back at my best weight which is a BMI of 24 and I'm really happy with how I look then which makes me worry I'll think at that point I've gone far enough, when really I want my BMI to be 22. So I'm seeing this as a six week long 'Step 1' and the following 6 weeks as 'Step 2'. The positive approach I'm trying to take is that it's great to only have 5 weeks until I'll be happy with how I look and everything else is a bonus.

I really want to look stunning at my wedding in July!

Yeah it's hard to stick to it when your happy with how you look. I was like that a whole ago hence coming off plan but now I'm getting married I want to lose more too. Having the wedding is a great way to keep you on track. Have you ordered your wedding dress?

I'm not having a traditional wedding dress as I'm getting married abroad so wearing a short cream lacy dress I've just bought! I know it'll fit me in that 6 weeks BUT look much better after a stone or so more so hoping looking better each week in it will help. When is your wedding? Got your dress?

That sounds lovely. Where are you getting married?
I've only just got engaged so not until next spring. No not got the dress yet but want to order it in the next few months.

New York :) And my bf's cousin is stunning and slim and I know she'll look phenomenal, and my sister has lost loads of weight too for the wedding and is looking so beautiful I need to measure up (or down!) ha!

Well it's defo a great motivation to loss weight to order your dress and an even better motivation to stay slim to fit in it! Congrats on your engagement :)

Wow, New York sounds amazing!!!! Always pressure to be skinny!!! All my friends are slim too and I work in fashion so everyone's young and slim!!!!
We have been together nearly 8 years, waited forever for the engagement lol. X

Ha! Being around gorgeous clothes all the time should also help with the motivation though! Aww well congrats again, any ideas for your wedding?

Yeah it does, love that I'm a size 12 again :) Not too sure yet, small wedding and a massive party is the plan. Just looking at venues at the mo. trying to do something cheapish but the dress I've found is £1400 lol.

Ha always the way! Whats the dress like?! Nice to do something simple, takes the stress out of it!

It's lace with like a beaded back. I can't afford it to be honest so will have to look for something similar.
Tested for ketosis this morning and went a nice light pink so happy with that, means I'm a fat burning machine again lol. The onions clearly made no difference.
Have you got much planned for today? X

Gorgeous, and great to have some inspiration for what you want :) Woo that's great, once I get to that point a lot of the temptation goes as I don't want to be knocked back out of keto!

Ummm a lot of water and 4 shakes?! Ha no seriously, I'm avoiding anything social during my first 2 weeks so no plans as such. May do a spring clean?! Exciting! You?
