Thats good to know. I'll have a think about purchasing some as I do miss pasta. I was awake half the night with an empty stomach and my headache is back so I skipped the shakes the morning. Don't want to end up back in hospital with migraine again. I've already had to fork out €220 to a neurologist this week. Had a bacon medallion, an egg, a spoon of beans, a cup of pineapple and a coffee. (They call it fryday in the canteen at work) Not the best choices but at least my stomach is happy. I'll have lettuce and half a chicken breast at lunchtime to limit the points and get me back on track for the day. I need to get another 2 lbs off this week. If I get 3 I'll be at goal!!!!!! on my morning weigh in at home.
